In true JPVIS fashion, we will start with a social coffee/tea warm up and song, before continuing with the annual meeting which should start at 9.30am.

The board will report on the financial health of our association, the condition of the various assets, and plans for the upcoming year. It will also be the time for new board members to be installed.
