2024 JPVIS Tennis/Recreation Update: July 22 - July 28 Great summer weather and great summer fun was the story for last week. The Triples, Tacos, Tequila evening was a huge success with about 30 people enjoying tennis, salsa music, food, and each other! Noelle and Sally masterfully prepared a taco bar for the players to enjoy after the tennis. We are grateful for their efforts as well as the efforts of everyone at the courts Thursday evening!! Congratulations to Team “Enchanting Enchiladas” - Cliff, Sally, Matt, and Annie; and to Team “Salsa Sizzlers” - Alec, Aaron, and Robert for earning the Champions Trophies! Our Junior match at Ocean Point was a close one and the final score is under review. The sportsmanship and talent of the Juniper Point team was first class and we are proud of everyone. This week we will be running our Junior Tournaments and host Christmas Cove. Adults can start preparing for our Doubles Tournaments the following week. A traditional trip to Dolphin Mini Golf will round out the week! Come out and show your support for this amazing community at the Annual Meeting on Saturday, 7/27 at 9:00 am.
