It is anticipated that JPVIS will need to invest $130,000 in projects keeping our amenities on 'The Point' safe for all members to use. Our membership is asked to donate funds for these capital investments as our membership dues do not provide adequate means for this. 

Reed's Landing Piers

The pilings for the Landing will need to be reinforced.

Beach Wall

The beach wall is deteriorating and will need to be replaced/repaired.

Moore's Landing Piers

The pilings are compromised and will need additional supports.
